Basically a brief info session of the apps, people, companies, etc that I have used, continue to use, or think have merit for supporting mental/emotional/physical health. Can’t recommend Youper enough. Period tracker. Breathwork. Meditation. Reminders to get up or look away. Miscellaneous including a good one for panic attacks. Hit me up if I mentioned something but was mumbling.
