Sarcasm, Fear, and Arrogance

b'Sarcasm, a form of passive/aggressive anger, is a behavior intended to mock or insult the other person. Arrogance is a form of dealing with what one perceives to be an imbalance of power. Both behaviors are rooted in fear, an underlying component of anger. Can you identify either of these mannerisms within yourself? How are they hurting you and what can you do to change them? If you are dealing with others who are snarky or condescending, what are the best tactics to employ?
