b'Recently a 43 year old man was killed by police in Charlotte, NC, in what some are calling yet another incident of racial profiling. I totally understand the anger and outrage at a presumed killing of an innocent individual, and protests, if handled correctly, can be a powerful tool in voicing one\'s concerns as well as influencing much needed reform. However, here are some of the reasons why protests of this nature do not work.
