Parenthood Teenagers and Treating Kids the Same

We are told we need to treat everyone the same. Even our own children. But what do we do when different children have different needs? The fact is each child is different. They act, think and learn differently, and in turn, they need different approaches. A one size fits all approach across all of your children may work when they are younger, but as they become teenagers, everything changes, and it need too.
