Rock Star Runner

This session is designed to build power in your runner's legs by incorporating compound moves with targeted muscle groups in your core, hips, glutes, and legs. We will warm up before we begin the three distinct sets. First we will perfect each move individually (5 moves per set), then blast through a 90-sec freestyle interval at the end of each set. The entire session takes about 30 minutes. No equipment is needed. Have fun!
