In this espresso shot, I begin a look at the first Beatitude from Matthew 5:3: \\u201cBlessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.\\u201d

This podcast examines the inspiration Jesus, where we put our trust, and the call to be humble \\u2014 like Jesus. My reflections based on the Catechism of the Catholic Church, paragraphs 544, 2546 and 2547.
