Ambassador Lord brings significant expertise on China having served as President Reagan's Ambassador to China and President Clinton's Assistant Secretary of State for East Asian and Pacific Affairs. He also served as Special Assistant to National Security Advisor Henry Kissinger and Director of the State Department Policy Planning Staff. CAA President Timothy A.
