  1. Sangria (Spain), recipe from America’s Test Kitchen)
  2. Tinto Verano, Spanish wine, and soda water on ice
  3. Americano/Aperol Spritz (Italy, my recipe)
  4. Absinthe, French Quarter, Pirate’s Alley Café
  5. Ireland & Whiskey (Jameson, Teeling, Whiskey Museum, Night at the Pub)
  6. Queimada at Tio Claudio’s house
