Episode 2: marathon pep talk & why I run

The marathon is officially less than one week away. In this episode (thats really just a pep talk for myself) I talk about how I got in my head towards the end of my training and I talk about why I run in the first place. If you are a hairstylist or a runner I feel like you may be able to relate to some of this. Ps I call myself Shirley a few times, Im sorry for that.
