An equally important part of the cost-benefit calculation that determines the overall usefulness of a drug is how many people did not die and therefore, the drug helped, is also taken into consideration, for what is referred to as the drug's effectiveness. There were no deaths recorded from anyone taking a mineral supplement, such as calcium, magnesium, zinc or iron, or an amino acid or any herbs.
