Benjamin Franklin made lifelong enemies in high places, for speaking the truth

b"Benjamin Franklin made lifelong enemies in high places, and didn't back off an inch. Who will surface with such strength as to take on the status quo of going along the get along, in both parties? \\xa0Politics of today is the art of looking for trouble, finding it whether it exists or not, diagnosing it incorrectly, and applying the wrong remedy.\\xa0Politicians are interested in people the way Fleas are interested in dogs.\\xa0No man's life, liberty or property are safe while they have handed their rights over to politicians; when congress is in session it is like a baby who gets hold of a hammer, you never know what is about to happen. But people don't pay attention to what the outcome will be, because it is awful hard to get people interested in corruption unless they can get some of it; any other time, corruption is just a word the opposition party invented to the voter with their hand out. Tune in Thursday morning at 11:AM est for a great discussion."
