A Quality Discussion on Quality

The word quality is one of the most misunderstood words and yet we see it on signs, billboards, company vehicles, business cards...you name it and people are using the word quality in their title, in a by-line and and in advertising their products and services.

But what does it really mean?

Is it a measurable item?

Who defines quality?

To answer these questions and more, I visit with ABB Measurement and Analytics Quality Manager, Brian Goodin.
