Katya Willems is an Instagram Trainer who left her job at BBC 5 Live after a 10 year career there. While at the BBC, Katya ran social media workshops for journalists, which was to be the catalyst for her to set out to discover her 'thing'.

In this episode, we talk about the milestones that triggered some of the changes including turning 40 and wanting to be creative; how long it takes to get started in business and the challenges along the way; taking a year off but building a foundation for what was to come; who inspired Katya to connect with her values of conscious consumerism, sustainability and being eco friendly. We talk about the workshops that Katya hosts, how to be visible online and the benefits of helping the community around you.
