Katy Carlisle is a Squarespace Expert and Trainer who set up as a freelance under the umbrella of The Wheel Exists in 2013, so that she could be her own boss. 

In this episode, we talk about how Katy's business name came about and how she fell into web design, becoming a Squarespace expert; the evolution of The Wheel Exists and how working with a coach helped Katy identify what she wanted to do; fitting work around life in a non-lifestyle business way; and the impact surfing has on Katy's work.
