Welcome to A BATTLE WITHIN, Episode 096. Today we are joined by special guest Kelly O'Neill From B is For Brain.

A BATTLE WITHIN is about our life experiences and those of our guests living with and healing from Traumatic Brain Injuries with an emphasis on the Post Concussion Syndrome otherwise known as (PCS)\\xa0

The conversations are real, raw and uncensored from both the warrior and caregiver perspectives.

It is our desire that this platform be a useful way to create awareness around the invisible injury. We aim to help those in the battle, whether that is you the Warrior or you the Battle Buddy by offering the stories and resources we have found along the way in our own journey..

That was certainly the case for Kelly. Her dear friend Tyler is hit by a car on his bicycle back in 2013. During his recovery he had a series of serious setbacks and obstacles to overcome. During all of this Kelly was not only very present, but extremely active in helping Tyler recover.

Tyler's accident and injuries drastically changed how Kelly approaches life in the most significant ways. Today they remain the closest of friends and have put themselves forward to help others through B is for Brain.\\xa0

Through this platform they connect heads and hearts through inclusive yoga where the proceeds go to support brain injury survivors.
