Welcome to A BATTLE WITHIN, Episode 088 with today's guest Sarah Renberg.

A BATTLE WITHIN is about our life experiences and those of our guests living with and healing from Traumatic Brain Injuries with an emphasis on the Post Concussion Syndrome otherwise known as (PCS)\\xa0

The conversations are real, raw and uncensored from both the warrior and caregiver perspectives.

It is our desire that this platform be a useful way to create awareness around the invisible injury. We aim to help those in the battle, whether that is you the Warrior or you the Battle Buddy by offering the stories and resources we have found along the way in our own journey..

A brief intro about Sarah. This young lady has accomplished so much already in her young life. The former Ice Hockey player is currently a Honors College student who has helped develop a charitable organization that aims to improve concussion management through 3 pillars: awareness, aid and advocacy.

In recent times (Pre-Covid) Sarah has spent time volunteering, running half marathons and rock climbing when she isn't studying hard!
