Earlier this year the UX&D team - user experience and design - held a great event called FailFest where they discussed the importance of failure and shared examples of times when things didn’t quite go to plan. It was a valuable exercise in honesty, and prompted a wide debate about the ways in which failure can help a project and what can be learned from failing and opening up about it. We hear from Jacek Barcikowski, Jane Murison and Colin Burns.
