The core is where your center of gravity originates and where you find\nstrength for your posture, yoga poses, balance, back and just about\neverything else. Creating a strong and stable core is the single most\nimportant aspect of a fit and balanced body. This Core Yoga class is\nPower Yoga with a kick. You will be lead through a flow that\nincorporates lots of poses designed to strengthen the core. The class\nis balanced with poses that will lengthen the core muscles as well,\ncreating long and lean abs that will stabilize and power you through\neverything you do. This class is challenging and you will feel the work\nyou've done on your abs the next day. Done over time this class will\ncreate an extremely strong, lean and toned abdominal region.
