For those of you who have been asking for a class that\nis slower-paced than our typical power classes, yet faster than our\nHatha/Restorative flows, this class is for you! This is an awesome\nmedium-paced power flow that will strengthen and stretch every single\nmuscle in your body. Jamie is an absolute stickler for alignment, and\nyou will be given many excellent cues during your poses to help you\nperfect your form and get the most out of each pose. The attention to\ndetail and alignment also helps to keep your mind focused on the\npresent, giving you a much needed break from the constant chatter of\nthe mind! Truly refreshing!
