Sept 2023 - Fasting Is A Quarter Of Faith; Fasting Is Half Of Patience
Fasting is a quarter of Faith; Fasting is half of patience (Tirmidhi). \n\n'Eat and drink to your hearts content as a reward for what you sent ahead in days gone by' Surah 69 v24, this verse was revealed with reference to the Fasting people (Mujahid rah). \n\nWinter is the Spring of a Believer (Ahmad). \nIts nights are long, so he spends them in worship; Its days are short so he Fasts (Baihqai). \n\nFast on a very hot day to lighten The Last Day (Ihya). \n\nAllah SWT sent Revealtion to a Bani Israel Prophet commanding him to inform his people that if anyone Fasts a day for My Pleasure then I SWT will grant him good health and a great reward (Baihaqi).
