Amr ibn Al-Aas (ra), Session 114\nThe Fox of The Arabs\n\nHasan (ra) abandoned power not due to any inadequacy, lowliness or any shortcoming whatsoever, but simply doe to a desire for what is with Allah SWT when he sat that firstly preventing bloodshed of Muslims and secondly adhering to the dictate of Islam and thirdly reconciling the Ummah were far more important than any personal grief or loss (Fathul Baree).\n\nAfter Uthmaan (ra) was martyred and the disputes arose, the people had no expeditions or summer campaigns until the the Ummah united behind Mu\u2019aawiyah (ra) Abu Zar\u2019ah ad-Dimisqee (rah).
