Clarification upon the ranks in paradise. Ibn Jawzee (rah), Captured Thoughts, mentions whether or not the lowest ranking person in paradise compares himself to those above him. Your position in the hereafter is based upon how you accord to Allah سبحانه وتعالىٰ Mankind will have what they strive for and 'Sawfa' (soon) that striving will be seen ( Surah Najm v39-40).
