For five years Bob Biermann has been producing \u201cYour Weekend Show\u201d each week. Started in March of 2015, the program was launched as a weekly \u201cradio magazine\u201d primarily for an International Shortwave Radio audience. Over time, the show moved into a weekly \u201cthemed format,\u201d dealing generally with a life issue, shared life experience, memories of times past, and where we can find hope when things are uncertain. Those were the core values of the program, and always will be, however, after five years it is time to take a hard look on the changes in the audience, and better using additional technology.

Since the fall of 2019, Bob has wrestled with how to keep this program alive, keep it relevant, and how to expand to a larger and more informative and helpful program. In addition, how best to find additional outlets for the program. In the past year, the program has been growing as a podcast on many popular platforms.

After much prayer and talking it over with many of his close broadcasting friends, Bob has decided to make some changes in this program and return to the original concept of a \u201cRadio Magazine.\u201d To accomplish this, Bob has reached out to several people he has known in the broadcast and news industry, who Bob believes have quality content and commentary that needs to be heard.

This weekend Bob winds up yet another chapter of \u201cYour Weekend Show,\u201d while preparing to add some incredibly talented and knowledgeable additional voices to the program on the first weekend in June. For this week, enjoy some memories and forgotten songs, and a preview of things to come.
