Benton eats a slice of humble pie when a patient he discharges without examining bounces back with a ruptured appendix, for which both Hicks and Jeanie soundly put him in his place.

Meanwhile Susan is going through the ringer with Chloe, while Weaver tries to 'help' with her patients. Mark confesses a deep secret to Doug, though he may wish he hadn't. Speaking of Doug, he can't find his Dad....but he does find his Dad's girlfriend....
