Chaim Saiman is a world renowned scholar who holds the Chair in Jewish law at Villanova University.He is the author of the book,Halakhah: The Rabbinic Idea of Law which has met with wide acclaim.Professor Saiman regularly guides law students in the finer points of contracts,insurance regulations and coverage disputes and stresses the responsibility that citizens have towards each other'sprivate property.He also is an instructor each semester to a select group of aspiring lawyers taking his groundbreaking courses in Jewish Law.
