The church gathers together to equip the saints for the work of ministry and to grow in our biblical understanding and, when working properly, builds itself up in love.
1. Jesus gives gifts to all who believe (vs. 7-8)
2. Those gifts came at a high price (vs. 9-10)
3. The gifts serve a purpose:
a. To build up the church (vs.11-12)
b. That we would be mature (vs. 13-14)
c. So we can have an impact (vs. 15-16)
