We are on Day 1947 of our Trek, and it\u2019s time to explore another nugget of wisdom, which includes an inspirational quote and some wise words from Gramps for today\u2019s trek. Wisdom is the final frontier in gaining true knowledge. If you apply the words you hear today, over time, it will help you become more healthy, wealthy, and wise as you continue your daily trek of life. So let\u2019s jump right in with today\u2019s nugget:

Today\u2019s quote is from Walt Disney, and it is: All the adversity I\u2019ve had in my life, has strengthened me. You may not realize it when it happens, but a kick in the teeth may be the best thing in the world for you.
Adversity Strengthens


I don\u2019t believe I know anyone who actively seeks out adversity, nor do we like it when it hits us personally. But hardship in nearly every situation positively impacts our lives; if we are willing to learn the lessons, it teaches us. If history is also our teacher, we can look back at successful people of all ages and in all areas of success, and we will discover that those who succeed the greatest also had some of the greatest struggles. So don\u2019t stress when life is difficult. Instead, learn the lessons that are taught, and continue forward. Yes, a kick in the teeth or a swift kick in the backside may indeed be the best thing in the world for you. The Bible refers to this as the refining fire that burns off the dross so that we will be as pure gold.
