Adverse Criticism


If we surround ourselves with people who only praise us regardless of our performance, we will never have the capacity to grow and improve. On the other hand, if we freely associate with people who will be honest and forthright with us because they are concerned for our well-being, we will become much better. The key is to surround yourself with wise people as much as possible. It is of no benefit to have foolish people around us, even if they try to make us feel good, if they don\u2019t have your best interest long-term at heart.
