Welcome to Wisdom-Trek with Gramps. We are on Day 1809 of our Trek, and it’s time to explore another nugget of wisdom, which includes an inspirational quote along with some wise words from Gramps for today’s trek. Wisdom is the final frontier in gaining true knowledge. So we are on a daily trek to create a legacy of wisdom, seek out discernment and insights, and boldly grow where few have chosen to grow before.

Hello, my friend; this is Gramps. Thanks for coming along on today’s trek as we increase Wisdom and Create a Living Legacy. https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Proverbs%2016%3A16andversion=NLT (Proverbs 16:16) How much better to get wisdom than gold, and sound judgment than silver! If you apply the words you hear today, over time, it will help you become more healthy, wealthy, and wise as you continue your daily trek of life. So let’s jump right in with today’s nugget:

Today’s quote is from Michael Josephson, and it is: A person of character feels and expresses gratitude freely and frequently.
Express Your Gratitude

Certain character traits distinguish a person as an upright person from someone who is not honorable. For example, one of the most vital traits of a respectable person is expressing gratitude freely and frequently in nearly every situation. Gratitude in this person is not forced or contrived; it is part of who that person is. Gratitude is tied closely to so many other positive character traits. A person who magnifies appreciation as part of their life will be more joyful. They will get along with people better, and in most cases, will be physically, emotionally, and spiritually healthier. We, as Christ-followers, should always be grateful in all areas of our life. God’s Word is full of examples of giving thanks at all times.

And give thanks for everything to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.
