2020 started off strong, then we all know what happened: After a brief pause for safety in March, an already red hot real estate market quickly reignited and it's been pandemonium ever since. Low rates, almost no inventory, plenty of capital, and a pandemic-induced focus on "home" fueling the biggest real estate boom in a generation- perhaps ever. How long will this last?
