  1. Money is not the primary theme of Matthew 6. What is? How much does this occupy your thoughts?
  2. Why are possessions so enticing? What do you do to get noticed?
  3. Giving to the poor gets noticed by God, it is a way of storing treasures in heaven. Why do you give or not give money to folks with financially less than yourself?
  4. If stuff is our goal, it will direct everything in our lives. How has a desire for stuff led you away from God? How has it brought darkness to your life?
  5. In what new ways can your stuff serve God? How will that liberate you from serving your stuff?
