On December 24th, 1945, the Sodder family of Fayetteville, West Virginia, went to bed without knowing the hell they were about to endure.\nAround 1:30 AM a fire broke out in the 2 story home. The Sodder's had 9 children in the house that Christmas Eve.\nIt became paramount for George & Jennie to save their children.
