The mother of Noel Rodriguez-Alvarez \u2014 a 6-year-old Everman boy missing since March and presumed dead \u2014 has been charged with capital murder, Everman police announced Monday.\nNoel, a missing child in danger, was reported on March 25 with an AMBER Alert. His mother, Rodriguez-Singh, and her husband escaped to India with six other kids after the police started to investigate.\nCindy Rodriguez-Singh, who is suspected of leaving the country, has been indicted by a grand jury in Tarrant County.
