M. Night Shyamalan strikes again! And we can't tell if that's a good or a bad thing. This week Emily and Preston watch Trap, starring Josh Hartnet (Black Hawk Down, 30 Days of Night) as a serial killer nicknamed "The Butcher." The Philadelphia police and F.B.I. have the brilliant idea to set up a sting operation, sifting through 30,000 innocent bystanders to (possibly) catch a person who might be a killer. They don't know what he looks like. They don't know his name. They don't know ANYTHING about him. But that's fine! Because we get to enjoy roughly 40 minutes of Saleka Shyamalan's music, who is also M. Night Shyamalan's daughter in real life, and... I'm sorry... we just can't. It's all just so absurd. But hey, if you like taking a ride on the Shyamalan train, then who are we to Yuck Your Yum?
