Do you want to be fearful & riddled with anxiety? Of course not! But living in that state is a choice and you can choose to free yourself from it by bulletproofing your mindset.

That\u2019s simply a memorable way of describing what happens when we shift the disempowering thought patterns that keep us stuck. Our thoughts & beliefs are real things. They generate very real emotions.

This week I\u2019m addressing the top three questions on my clients\u2019 minds right now. Like, \u201cHow can I get back to normal & feel like I have my life under control? The world is such a mess & it seems like everything in my life has been turned upside down.\u201d That thought on repeat will definitely make you feel anxious!

Fueling the thoughts we dwell on with heightened emotion results in a self-fulfilling prophecy, whether it\u2019s good or bad. Like attracts like. That\u2019s why our mindset affects our physical health too. The theory that disease begins in the mind is backed by research & some of our oldest spiritual philosophies.

I\u2019m also sharing an interesting phenomenon\u2014the nocebo effect. You\u2019ve surely heard of the placebo effect. The nocebo effect is kind of the opposite, but says just as much about the power of our minds over our bodies.
