b'IN THIS EPISODE: When I was in my mid-30s, a well-meaning individual told me my that my depression was just in my head. \\u201cIf you just stop thinking about it and fill your mind with God\\u2019s Truth instead, your problems will disappear.\\u201d They meant well, and probably believed what they told me\\u2026 but they had no idea what they were talking about. Mental health issues can\\u2019t be written off with mere Christian cliches.\\xa0
