Making progress on our health and weight loss goals should be simple. However, our brain often makes things difficult by getting caught in dangerous, repetitive mental loops thanks to\xa0internal questions.

Asking yourself questions and dwelling on over-analysis is the biggest obstacle to taking action.\xa0

Today we will discuss how to move past these questions and get to positive action. We will identify some of these troublesome questions, explain their cause, and detail a plan for moving past them.
