There might be something holding you back and affecting the way you show up in this life that you\u2019re not even aware of: your beliefs. What many of us don\u2019t fully understand is that we can actually limit ourselves with our beliefs because we think we\u2019re telling ourselves the truth about what we believe\u2014whether it\u2019s what our bodies can do, what we can achieve in life, or how much weight we can lose. So in this episode, I\u2019m talking about the concept of belief setpoints and how once we start to realize that our beliefs are putting self-imposed limitations on us, we can shift that mindset and become and achieve more than we could ever imagine.
