One of the things I regularly see my clients resist and express difficulty with is thought work. They often think it doesn\u2019t make a big difference or that writing it down isn't necessary, but this couldn't be further from the truth. Not taking the time to do thought work will significantly affect your happiness and freedom in the long term, so today I'm going to discuss how to overcome these feelings before they sabotage your weight loss.
