Norma from Bridgeport   Puerto Rican Stuffing    3 green plantains 1 yellow plantain 5 garlic cloves crushed  1/2 pack thick cut bacon sliced into small pieces   1 large yellow onion chopped  Salt pork belly 12oz sliced into very small pieces Salt and pepper to taste   In a frying pan fry pork belly and bacon until crispy. Add onion and garlic until brown. Set aside.   Now peel the plantains and slice into 1 inch. Fry until tender in the middle and a little golden on the outside. Drain and mash all the plantains in the bacon and pork mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
