Liberty took a big hit today, with the Supreme Court upholding ObamaCare law about Federal Exchange Subsidies being allowed under it's own law. Basically they said "oh we didn't mean just the state singular, but broadly". And the Supreme Court said, "OK"; totally disregarding the written law in favor of an intention.Not only that but TPA "Trade Promotion Authority" has passed allowing the president to put trade deals to a direct vote in congress, without any ability to amend or change them.
