You Are Adopted

You and I tend to think of ourselves as children of our earthly parents. We understand that our identity has been formed, at least in part, by what our parents did (or did not do) for us in childhood. But God tells us something different. You are not defined by your earthly parents. You are not defined by your past. Your identity is with your Heavenly Father. When we embrace this identity, it radically changes the way we live.
