At first glance Genesis 12:1-3 may not seem all that important. God makes a covenant with a guy named Abram that includes a lot of \u201cbless you\u201d statements. But this week we\u2019ll see that this covenant is no small thing as God promises to fix the mess that began in Genesis 3 by rescuing his creation. This is the beginning of the story of God and his people that culminates with Jesus and His church. And this means that you and I are blessed to be a blessing to others!
