We\u2019re going back to the beginning in more ways than one, as the second season of the original 1967 Spider-Man cartoon reboots itself! With a brand new animation studio headed by prolific counterculture icon Ralph Bakshi (pre-Fritz the Cat and Lord of the Rings), the new season starts off with a faithful retelling of Spidey\u2019s origin, complete with psychedelic sequences, watercolor backgrounds, and plenty of cost-cutting.
