Not since Training Day have we all been on the same page about how awesome a Fuqua movie is...Maybe Shooter. But...producer Evan still hasn\u2019t seen that one...the bum. Anyway, I hope you\u2019re ready for a summary-deficient analysis, because the fellas get right down to the nitty gritty of what makes this revenge flick so entertaining as well as being a Fuqua throwback to the classic revenge flick of the '70s and '80s, while also being very of its time stylistically. Fuqua has definitely grown. However, let\u2019s not skirt the real reason why we love this movie, and what ultimately makes it actually work: Denzel mother-effing Washington. The Snake Charmer himself. The Man of Every Hour. The Wolf in its Own Clothing. The Clock in Your Proverbial Tower. The Yin AND the Yang. The Banana Slices in Your Bowl of Cheerios....that one\u2019s a bit personal, but you get the idea.
