In 2005, 13-year-old Alex Anaya from Hammond, Indiana, lost her life in what the head of the FBI’s Chicago office calls one of the most heinous crimes involving a child that they’ve ever seen. They’ve put together a special task force and done multiple DNA testing rounds and while Alex’s remains were found extremely close to her mother’s ex-boyfriend, Rudolfo Heredia’s home, who was later arrested for stalking Alex, her case remains unsolved.

There is a $20,000 reward for information leading to an arrest.
