We believe that technology and its adoption is the key to human progress, as well as to make us happier and healthier, creating a sustainable economy and increasing our living standard. This core hypothesis was what led us to create Utopian Techniax (UTX) in the first place. We love technology for what it's able to do for us, if we use it the right way.

So we decided to create a "Map of Emerging Technologies" or MET. The map is meant to give a comprehensive overview of emerging technologies with various degrees of maturity, as well as their major use cases per sector. An approach focused on research and interviews by the UTX team, the technologies were selected based on their potential to shape and define "Utopian Earth", a plastic representation of our emergent future in the next 50 years.

In this episode, we discuss the major emerging technology applications per sector for 10 different sectors and areas of life. We also discuss major challenges and roadblocks for emerging technology adoption along 8 key macro-environmental areas. Join us for the ride to Utopian Earth!
