TV One News - "Tensions Rise Over St. Louis Police Shooting Of An Unarmed"

The black police union in St. Louis is calling for the conviction of a former white police officer on trial for first-degree murder in the shooting of an unarmed black man. Anthony Lamar Smith was fatally shot in December 2011 by Jason Stockley following a police chase in a stemming from a suspected drug deal. Prosecutors say Stockley shot Smith five times and then planted a 38-caliber revolver in Smith's car. Only Stockley's DNA and not Smith's was found on the gun.
