Russian President Vladimir Putin has warned the U.S. not to deploy any new nuclear missiles in Europe or Russia will be forced to take reciprocal measures by pointing its new missiles towards the U.S. Putin’s warning came as the U.S. earlier this month decided to withdraw from a major cold-war era nuclear arms treaty known as Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces (INF) Treaty.
