Emily has previously mentioned that her sister, Grace, died from SIDS but has rarely talked about the details of her sister\u2019s death and the long lasting impact that the loss had on herself and her family. In this episode, there is no lesson. Horrible things don\u2019t happen for any particular reason\u2014 there is no blessing, no meaning. It's awful. Emily and Jamie talk about acknowledging and supporting grief while emphasizing that grief never disappears. \u2028
